Larry
A. Longhi
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining SpillCop,
Inc., Longhi has held numerous executive positions from Senior Vice
President to President over the past 24 years. He held a seat on
the Board of Directors for a publicly traded company, Computer Management
Sciences, Inc., CMSI (NASDAQ: CMSX). Longhi was one of the original
executives and played a key role for 16 years to attain revenue
growth of $100M and was personally involved in the IPO in 1995.
He was also involved in the sale of CMSI in 1998 in an all cash
deal of $435M to Computer Associates, Inc. (CAI), the fourth largest
software company in the world. Longhi was then the SVP and GM who
led the Global Application Services Division of CAI.
Longhi brings 18 years executive
management experience in the software industry and a distinguished
record of accomplishments. His role in running Beeline, Inc. (A
MPS Group, NYSE: MPS, software start-up company) utilized his operations
experience to successfully build out the company. As President of
The Harbor Group, Inc. his expertise was key in its start up.
Longhi attended University
of North Florida and Florida Community College where he received
his degree in Data Processing. Additionally, he resides on several
boards and maintains a critical network in both the software and
investor communities.
