Gary is best known by many of his friends and colleagues as founder of TREC environmental inc., since 1994. The mission of SpillCop Inc. is greatly enhanced with his excitement and experience held to the helm of our flagship program and mission statement. His service management expertise has captured the vision of our industry with the future of the Internet.

He has spent over a decade working directly with insurance and transportation risk managers on a national basis. This service is precluded by a distinguished career with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation(NYSDEC) in programs, waste management,CERCLA, water quality, NPDES, tank storage, RCRA and emergency management, SARA. His earliest interest with environmental engineering included coastal wetland mapping under Federal contract.

He earned his B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the New York State University Empire State College and an A.A.S. in Environmental Conservation Law Enforcement from the Finger Lakes Community College at Canadaigua, N.Y. He is professionally affiliated for 12 years with the National Registry of Environmental Professions and designated R.E.M. also a member in good standing with PEI.
