Donald
C. White
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining SpillCop,
Inc., White has held numerous senior financial management positions,
from Controller to Group Vice President and Treasurer, at both privately
held and publicly traded companies. Whites most recent experience
was as the Vice President of Finance and Operations for MuncipalTrade.com,
a venture capital funded, on-line investment bank that had developed
proprietary trading software. Besides assisting MunicipalTrade.com
in obtaining funding, White was responsible for directing corporate
finance, strategic financial planning, and the internal operations
of the company. Previously, White was a Vice President for Computer
Associates, one of the worlds leading business software companies,
where he managed a division within the global professional services
organization with financial and operational responsibility for multi-million
dollar software and services projects.
Whites 19 years of financial
experience includes a nine-year tenure at Computer Management Sciences,
Inc. (CMSI), a publicly traded, $100 million dollar professional
services firm where he had management responsible for several financial
and operational areas. During his tenure at CMSI, White was instrumental
in the companys IPO, double-digit internal growth rates, the acquisition
and integration of several companies, and the sale of CMSI to Computer
Associates. Whites career began with financial institutions where
he had financial responsibility within several technology subsidiaries
and divisions including information systems, telecommunications,
and branch operations.
White attended LaSalle University
in Philadelphia, PA, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting and Finance.
