The SRC was established with all of the users of the SpillCop Exchange in mind. We realize how time consuming proper documentation can be, and how it can distract you from your primary objectives.  With the thought of diminishing the workload on your organization, the SRC was setup as a national center that provides accurate record keeping of incident information for all users.  The SRC helps reduce your costs involved with data entry, in addition to eliminating the mundane task of entering all of your incident information into the system.  With this centralized information focal point, a more timely and precise reporting of incident information can be entered into the system; thereby, reducing your costs and increasing your efficiency.

The SRC was established to handle the entry of the following information into the SpillCop Exchange:
     
  • Spill Entry -
  • setup or adjust information specific to an incident.
  • Contractor -
  • setup new and adjust information concerning established contractors.
  • Rate -
  • enter rate information for a specific contractor.
  • Time and Materials -
  • enter information for expenses incurred with an incident.
  • Activity Log -
  • enter information concerning the work being performed.
  • Billing Adjustment -
  • enter after-the-fact expense adjustments for an incident.

    With the SRC, you can be sure of the accuracy of cost tracking in the system, and the information contained in the SpillCop consolidated invoice verification report.
